BerryPoints acts as a middleman between you and third-party offer providers. We facilitate the completion of tasks and the delivery of rewards.
**Payment for Completed Offers:** Completion of an offer is **not immediate**. The offer provider must first verify and approve your completion, which may take time. Payments are credited to your account only after we receive confirmation from the provider.
**Reward Delivery and Responsibility:** Once you redeem a reward, we will ensure that the reward (e.g., a gift card code) is correct and deliver it to you. **After a correct reward has been sent, our responsibility ends.** We are not responsible for rewards that are not working after delivery, except in cases where the error was on our end (e.g., sending a code for the wrong region). We will not provide refunds for rewards claimed to be non-functional after a correct code has been sent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BerryPoints makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service.
